Bionics is the application of biological methods and systems found in nature to the study and design of engineering systems and moderntechnology. Bionic design can serve as a bridge between design and other related sciences and technologies, and therefore performs a prominent role in research and development of product design domain.
The fact that CUAS has got its own Bionics Department and course implicates the amount of serious studies we are devoting to the same field. The engineers here are developing futuristic and innovative designs with the help of 3D printing technology, which are motivated from biological world.
